Parkour – 13:00 to 14:00

The South Australian Parkour Association will introduce you to some of the basic movements of Parkour using the mobile training gear that inhabits Point A. This allows for all skill and fitness levels to learn equally.

Foundational skills of landing, running (properly), and balance will be covered, as well as some Parkour-specific techniques for tackling obstacles, such as vaulting and climbing a wall.
